Vista Field

I’ve been thinking a lot about the development of Vista Field in Kennewick. The twenty year Port of Kennewick plan, described at https://www.portofkennewick.org/projects/vista-field/ is for an “urban village”. I’ve checked out the price of property there using the Benton County property database (https://property.spatialest.com/wa/benton/#/map/search/), and it appears to be in the $200,000 per acre range, which would be just $20,000 per unit for a density of 10 units per acre. I’d like to contact the Port of Kennewick about building cohousing there, but I want to be sure those of you who interested in following through with this are open to building it in Kennewick. So, please let me know. Steve
