Meeting Outcomes

We had a good meeting last night. The picnic didn't work out because Leslie Groves Park was mobbed with people. But Kathy and Mark Butcher graciously offered to host our potluck dinner in their home nearby, so the 11 of us held our meeting there.

We discussed outreach through tabling at the Richland Farmers Market, at Tumbleweed Music Festival, and at the Richland Art Walk.

We also discussed property. We agreed to check out the cost of the property on Williams and the property on Bradley, both in Richland. Ginger Wireman directed me to the Benton County property database website, which I used to easily learn that the Williams property consists of two 1 acre parcels owned by Kadlec, the near parcel valued at $277k, the far parcel at $203k. The 8.7 acre parcel on Bradley is valued at $1.4 million. There is a 3.5 acre parcel on Bradley valued at $903k. Check out the Benton County site https://property.spatialest.com/wa/benton/#/map/search/. It's super easy to use.

We agreed to meet twice each month, once for business and once for outreach/introductions. We'll try the Starbucks at the Richland Fred Meyer store. How about 2pm on the first and third Sunday of the month?
